We are looking for a part time support rep to join our team.
- Office is located in Tel Aviv, but work is from home 80% of the time.
Availability for 4 shifts per week (including 1-2 night shifts per week and a weekend shift)
- Replying to incoming online inquiries (chat, email) and phone calls.
- Assisting with placement of orders, cancellations, changes, and resolving service issues on the fly by coordinating between various stakeholders.
- Interacting with suppliers around the world to accommodate for customers’ needs and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute service protocols and work flows for various scenarios.
- Contribute to the company’s internal knowledge base and external info portal (FAQs, product info etc.)
- Offering and initiating various product and process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Availability for 4 shifts per week (including 1-2 night shifts per week and a weekend shift)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Comfortable with various computer software a must (Gmail, Google Docs etc.) .
- Experience with online support software an advantage.
- Experience in online customer support an advantage.
- Self driven and motivated + Ability to work independently.
- Fast learner
- Native English. Other languages an advantage.
