About Bliss Club
BlissClub is a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, BlissClub has raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after BlissClub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
Responsibilities :
- Design questionnaires and discussion guides
- Research on market landscape, competitors, trends
- Assist in data analysis & report making
- Presenting research findings to various teams
- Identify areas where where research can aid decision making at BlissClub and formulate an optimal plan for execution
- Scope agencies BlissClub can partner with for research needs
- Manage on-going projects being conducted with agencies
What you need :
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a market/consumer research agency or consumer research team at a brand
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google/MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good verbal and written business communication skills
