About The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, talented, and hands-on Team Lead who will lead one of our excellent backend/cloud engineering teams, mentor, train and motivate a team of highly skilled engineers, to build highly reliable and scalable products.
You need to bring the best practices and tech stack to the table that modern back-end infrastructures are built upon.
You will be a key player in BeeHero’s initial R&D team and will help design scalable systems that will keep us running smoothly and support our significant business growth
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience developing backend or cloud infrastructure and services in Python. This includes building scalable, high-performance, tested and monitored systems.
- Supervised and led Agile development process, oversaw production and quality control.
- Experience with running production workloads on AWS platform, and maintaining them.
- Proficiency in databases (MySQL, Postgres, NoSQL).
- Production experience with container orchestration systems (including Docker).
- Experience using CI/CD tools.
- Ability to communicate & present fluently in English – MUST
