We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for increasing our Top Customers’ loyalty and retention.
The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring a personal, engaging and rewarding experience for our most valuable customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish the VIP account management domain in a fast growing, leading product
- Support & engage our VIP players on a daily basis with all queries & complaints
- Evaluate and monitor VIP customers KPI trends, initiate protocols, triggers & BI data requirements aimed to assist you in achieving business goals
- Proactively initiate communication with these customers over various channels (social, mail, chat, phone) based on personal relationships
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams such as analysts, CRM, product and more, in order to achieve all requirements aimed at supporting the VIP account management domain
Job Requirements:
- Native English, both in written and verbal communication – Must
- Analytical and operational skills
- Previous experience within an account management role or similar
- PROACTIVE & “CAN DO” ATTITUDE
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills using different channels
- Full time position including weekends
