A fast growing startup in the digital healthcare industry in Israel is looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to join the adventure. Auzen revolutionizes the world of hearing care by offering unprecedented online access to innovative hearing-aids and remote adjustment services at a highly competitive price.

Main responsibilities

  • As primary contact, act as a trusted advisor to the client, enhancing the client relationship experience
  • Manage inbound leads pipeline, initiate and conclude the sales process
  • Performed remote hearing diagnostics, tests and fittings
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous technical support to your customers
  • Overall responsibility for your customers’ health, growth, and satisfaction
  • Multitask between different communication channels and tools
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input in product, marketing, and sales processes
  • Contribute to our team’s growth by creating new content and sharing new ideas.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and work with several tools simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn about new healthcare technologies and tools.
  • Past experience in customer support or sales- advantage
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when providing step-by-step training & assistance.
  • Impeccable communication (both writing and speaking) skills in Spanish and English.
  • French, German, Italian and other European languages are an advantage
