Sales Development Representative (Entry level)

Successware, Inc., an affiliate of Authority Brands LLC is an industry leading, total business management software company for the contractor industry. We are seeking an entry level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.

  • Excel at researching leads, starting new relationships
  • Sets our sales closers up for success
  • Quick learning ability with strong communication skills
  • The ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way via email and phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ZenDesk (CRM) and Hubspot for identifying leads and contact them via cold calling and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with our marketing team, plan, and execute outreach campaigns via email and phone
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to leadership with results
  • Most importantly, set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Represent Successware’s overall products and services
  • Comprehensive understanding on how our solutions meet workflows
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects (inbound)
  • Find new potential sales outlets (outbound)
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Be a TEAM player
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
