Meeting Insights is an online productivity and collaboration application that allows employees and organizations to produce actionable insights.

We are looking for charismatic, passionate, business oriented BDR to join our sales cycle and nurture our prospective customers. This is a part-time role that is perfect for students, and you will be able to join our exciting growth and success journey for this innovative product.

In this front-facing position, you’ll be welcoming prospective customers and be responsible for extracting data on their potential usage, company’s structure etc.

You will be responsible for growing the leads pipeline, managing multiple prospects, and conducting qualification conversations with potential clients. This is a unique opportunity to jumpstart your career in the SaaS business world and be at the core of the business.

This role is for a dynamic individual who does not let any obstacles stand between them and the targets set. The ideal candidate must be a people person who can source and qualify prospects, be responsible for growing the lead pipeline, and conduct qualification/discovery conversations with our potential clients. Organizational skills are a significant priority!

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for prospect in their enrollment process
  • Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulate our products’ value to them.
  • Managing emails and calls with prospective customers and identifying their needs
  • Scheduling Teams meetings for our business development team
  • Arranging in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintaining contact lists and follow-up with customers
  • Document lead generation activities and maintain an organized CRM
  • Providing excellent customer support
  • Helping in implementation process of Meeting Insights application at the customer’s systems
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and BD teams to ensure alignment of our strategy

Requirements:

  • Second year Student
  • Excellent communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Dynamic, high energy, very strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Good time management & the ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and driven personality
  • Experience with CRM – advantage.
  • Prior remote sales experience – advantage
  • Business oriented
  • Ability to learn
  • Team player
  • Tech oriented
