Responsibilities:
- Engage with customerequestor/ATT Sales on project requirements & design for WAN/LAN/Data Center/Wireless/Security/Voice (Pre-Sales)
- Provide analytical skills while gathering information and interpreting the data in order to reach the best solution
- Identify potential network risks and develop technical solutions to mitigate risks
- Communicate with customer to better incorporate thoughts, opinions and ideas clearly into a standard solution
- Assist on customer requests for all delivery requirements (I.E., IP address/circuits/hardware)
- Assist the Engineering/Operational group with implementations
- Work with project teams until request is completed
Knowledge, Understanding and Skills:
- WAN/LAN, understanding of network security integration with network switching, routing, DNS, load balancing, Datacenter environments
- Clear understanding of Network Address Translation (NAT) and Port Address Translation (PAT)
- Familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Communication skills, customer-oriented
- Be flexible and creative
Location: Bratislava OR Kosice
Working hours: 40 hours/week, US working hours (approx. 2.00pm – 10.30pm) flexible upon agreement with the hiring manager.
Workplace designation: flexible
Contract: internship – 3 months fixed term
Targeted start date: June 2022
Salary: 6.90 EUR/hour. Estimated monthly salary: 1104 EUR brutto for full time contract.
During the full period of this internship, candidate needs to have a status of a student.
