Working time: EMEA

Location: Slovakia/Czech Republic/Poland

Designing, configuring, and supporting the Network Security needs of enterprise customers. Install/Decom/Modify network elements remotely and in compliance with ATT standards, as part of Service requests, Change requests or Complex change/Projects requirements.

  • Coordinate with field support engineers and Project Managers to plan and execute complex multi phased changes to the customer network.
  • Configuration and inventory management using existing customer/ATT tools.
  • Interface with the customer architects, implementation mangers, vendors, operations, other engineering team and account team members to gather requirements for work orders.
  • Provide customer communications and technical troubleshooting support when necessary.
  • Prioritize and engage on multiple projects based on Urgency. Can be assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.
  • Technical Lead for the team on Service delivery functions in a Region, with technical ownership of the teams ’s deliverables including troubleshooting in order to ensure change success.
  • Anticipates, understands, and interprets the customer requirements to develop complex Implementation plans and solutions.
  • Work with Incident Management Engineers to perform Tactical fixes on hi Severity Events.
  • Determine feasibility of technical solutions and assist in root cause determination of network and related problems.
  • Network documentation and process handling using ATT and customer tools.

For Slovakia Only: The salary from 2480 EUR brutto/month. The actual salary might be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.

Expertise required in solutioning and delivering complex changes on security Infra including Virtual FWs, VPN and Proxy appliance specifically: –

  • Fortinet FWs using FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer
  • Zscalar Proxy
  • Pulse Secure VPN
  • General understanding on service Delivery LAN/WAN/WLAN

Any additional deployment experience in FWs like PaloAlto or Meraki or DNS Security using Umbrella would be an added advantage

Education: Graduate Level.
