Work with the 22 Carriers on getting status on VP escalated and Formal Expedited orders by Sales in related to fiber builds, permits, construction projects related to orders. Supplying updates to AT&T internal partners such as Sales, Account teams and PM’s
Provides pre- and post-sale service and support to customers; strives to build and maintain customer relationships. Focuses on managing the implementation and maintenance of products/services to external customers. Deals directly with customers to ascertain problems and assist in resolving them. Develops customer services processes, manages contracts, and provisions customer services. Responsible for technical data collection and customer order and project management.

Being able to work under pressure with getting udpates in timley manner and being able to escalate if no updates are given by the Carriers.
- Working hours: US (starting at 3PM, 8h shifts)
- Salary: 16,608 EUR gross annually minimum. Your salary is likely to be higher based on your experience and qualification.
