Description

Project Specialist will manage key stakeholders, projects and processes, to organize and communicate for various Aramark Programs. This role manages projects to achieve internal and external requirements under tight deadlines. The Specialist will also conduct research and analytics.

Specific Duties Include

Furthermore, lead and influence in matrix-organized, cross-functional teams, through collaboration with stakeholders, to optimize resources and promote focus, accountability, performance, transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness. The individual will be responsible for job specific activities and additional activities, but not limited to

  • Forward thinker capable of developing and articulating clear, compelling instruction and results.
  • Ability to coalesce and analyze information in a fast-paced environment to translate and communicate raw data into information, implications and recommendations using clear written and verbal communications.
  • Excellent ability to be part of multiple opportunities of varied size and complexity, while simultaneously meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse challenging environment with a facilitative approach.
  • Employ extreme resourcefulness and draw on diverse assets and sources to provide solutions and find insights on various trends and information to make high quality, informed decisions that drive value.

  • Lead drive the RFP process, using a critical eye for detail, analytical, project management approach, guiding all key stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are met while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Oversee documentation and quality assurance of requirements of the RFPs to ensure internal, state and regulatory compliance; dissect and develop and hold themselves and others to detailed project plans.
  • Act on behalf of the corporation to gain clarification, approval and feedback from external and internal key stakeholders and drive results.
  • Perform quality assurance on final binding bid documents.
  • Work collaboratively with all constituents providing superior customer service.
  • Implement process improvements and the sharing of effective best practices.
  • Educate and train stakeholders on Growth Enablement’s RFP processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, differentiation, and decision making among sales opportunities.
  • Manage reports and statistics to assess productivity.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, especially competitive intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage people and drive results without formal influence.
  • Committed, results-driven leader who can make an impact; takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, and has a “can do” attitude; sense of urgency when needed.
  • Strong communication skills oral and written, plus the ability to communicate appropriately with a wide range of people and behavior styles.

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
  • College degree.
  • Proven proficiency with the following computer applications Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint; Salesforce and Smartsheet, a plus.
