Americo is looking to add to our investments team to support the trading desk. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the financial markets and a great attention to detail. They will handle multiple projects and be able to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in an investment management environment.


  • Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms
  • Work through brokers and custodians to ensure settlements
  • Provides timely feedback to CIO about the status of cash, collateral and securities
  • Experience with system implementations
  • Execute trades to back-up trading desk
  • Monitor Trade queues and various bond product ratings
  • Identifies process improvements and partnering with leaders to implement changes
  • Work closely with our investment accounting and family office team
  • Help manage company’s borrowings and collateral


  • Excellent Communication skills with a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and troubleshoot.
  • Strict attention to detail with high-quality results
  • Experience with Bloomberg
  • Experience with Accounting and Bank reconciliations
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance


  • 4-year college education
