We require the individual to have prior experience implementing or managing one of the sales readiness/ sales coaching platform. (MindTickle, Brainshark, Allego etc).. Since we are implementing MindTickle. Upskilling/Enabling our Dealer Sales Teamis a key initiative within Commercial Transformation of the client strategy. We are developing more relevant content and testing newer technologies that will help us better upskill our dealers. This position will help
- Develop / update training content that would otherwise be outsourced at a higher cost and longer timeframe.
- Liaison between SME’s and external vendors to develop relevant content.
- Support/Manage deployment of MindTickle enablement platform at our various dealerships.
- Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb information
- Develop and execute training programs for the Sales team; including, but not limited to, onboarding and ongoing education to address knowledge gaps
- Research / explore sales best practices, make recommendations and implement solutions to increase productivity of the Sales team
- Assist in planning and delivery of In-Person training events for New Truck, Parts and IC Bus.
