  • Description:*
  • Implements, adheres and audits all food safety and Good ManufacturingPractices (GMP) requirements.
  • Monitors and completes production records for completion andaccuracy.
  • Manually enter data in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Perform environmental swabbing and report results accurately.
  • Verify lot code information of raw goods and finished product.
  • Verify instruments and equipment f or accuracy and calibrate when necessary
  • Perform and accurately document pre-operational inspections of equipment and instruments
  • Perform facility inspections and report findings
  • Monitor supply inventory Also responsible for: Cooler temperature checks, metal detection testing, titrations, environmental swabbing, product temperature checks
  • Skills:* GMP, Food Testing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Manufacturing, Audits
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:* 6 months of food manufacturing experience required. Degree in food science is not required. High School Diploma or equivalent

HACCP/FSMA Certification or Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or other related field preferred but not required.

GFSI experience preferred but not required

Monday – Friday 10:30pm – 7am
