  • Description:* The Quality Engineer will determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. They will lead quality improvement initiatives through Lean/Six Sigma principles, manage documentation such as PPAPs and assist with customer complaints. Must haves:
  • BS Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years relevant Quality Assurance experience
  • Proficient with PPAP, PPAP Approvals, Control Plan and FMEA activities
  • Experience with leading and implementing Process Control Capability Studies (Statistical Data Analysis, SPC)
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma manufacturing techniques such as root cause analysis, Kaizen, etc *Skills:* PPAP, Root cause analysis, Quality engineering, process control, Quality assurance *Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
  • BS Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years relevant Quality Assurance experience
  • Proficient with PPAP, PPAP Approvals, Control Plan and FMEA activities
  • Experience with leading and implementing Process C
