- Description:* Our client is seeking ACI/VDOT Inspectors for the 3.3B dollar HRBT project. Based out of Maryland but who performs work through the Hampton Roads area and have won a major portion of the HRBT.
This field technician will be responsible for sampling and testing soil and concrete samples for the construction of the HRBT.
They will be responsible for logging daily records and reporting to their supervisor. Having lab experience helps. Candidates with Erosion 7, ACI concrete, and VDOT certs are preferred. Candidates with experience on Design build jobs is also a big plus. If candidates have experience with rebar and can read plans/structural documents also a plus. Will frequently pictures and submit documentation so need to be technical enough to complete these tasks.
- No medical monitoring or certifications required -Must wear steel toes, hard hat, vest, and safety glasses
