  • Project Engineer:* Looking for Project Engineers who are passionate about Construction Management. This opportunity will provide the chance to work on high profile projects in Washington, DC with the Architects of the Capitol. This is also a great opportunity to work for a Mid-Size General Contractor where you will gain experience working closely with top management. *Description:* As a part of the construction project team, Project Engineer responsibilities will include creating a safe work environment, managing the project change process and punchlist, producing, obtaining and organizing project management and contractual documents, establishing and administering the submittal process, coordinating inspections, and monitoring project billing.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:* – 0-3 years of construction related experience -Experience with punch lists, observing/tracking items and materials, verification -Must have great written/verbal communication skills -Must be a quick learner, they are willing to train somebody up but they have be willing and excited to learn
  • Ability to obtain a badge through Architect of Capital
