*Description:*

Responsibilities include:

Directing and overseeing all daily activities of the job-site.

Managing subcontractors and labor. Submitting daily logs Identifying and reporting problems or deficiencies to the Project Manager.

Implementing all safety policies and quality programs.

Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance.

Assist in preparation of project status reports, including providing status and photos weekly.

Maintaining open communication with the Owner’s Rep by coordinating work activities, attending project progress/scheduling meetings
