• Description:* A highly reputable commercial and government General Contractor, base out of VA. All of the work is in NOVA or DC. Their biggest client on the commercial side is the World Bank in downtown DC, which makes up 10 buildings in the area alone in DC. This is the team they are hiring for. TMG needs a Superintendent (10+ years of experience, at least 5+ doing relevant interiors work – all projects are between $1 million – $5 million) to come join the team to deliver these projects long-term. They had someone leave due to personal matters separate from work, and now need someone that can start by the first or second week of February at latest. Due to this, they need to aggressively hire someone into this role quickly.

This individual will be a Superintendent working on mostly all interiors for the World Bank in DC, such as offices, interiors, garages, upgrades, etc. This will be HIGHLY FAST-PACED, and needs to be an individual that can move quickly and manage (or assist if APM) on many projects at once that are small. They will never do any large projects, which is why someone who manages multiple is important on the smaller size. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* 1. 10+ years of Construction experience working for a general contractor doing commercial work/federal work – INTERIORS ONLY 2. Experience running projects as the stand-alone super between $3 million – $5 million (TMG moves fast and so someone who can manage multiple projects at a time is critical.

• Comfortable running fully with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, budgeting, etc. (ask them for examples where specifically they did this… walk me through your process)
