*Description:*

This role will be supporting work at the Intel facility in Rio Rancho, NM. The PM will ensure the successful execution of various projects through high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction management, ensuring that the projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This client-focused role contributes directly to the sales and business development initiatives of the organization. PM’s at every level collaborate with and build productive relationships with our clients – exceptional verbal and written communication, effective planning, analytical, and strong leadership competencies are essential.

  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
  • 3-5 years of commercial construction management experience focusing in architectural/direct perform work
  • Education in related discipline or equivalent field-based construction work experience and training
  • Proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
  • Detail oriented, sufficient enough to organize and manage multiple project tasks
  • Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
  • Microsoft Office, Project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level; experience with Viewpoint, BlueBeam, WinEst, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
  • Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate ATG’s policies
  • Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
