- Description:* We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to join our growing team and support current and future production efforts. In this role, you will operate Autoclaves, CIP Skids, and other process equipment to ensure the production team always has ample supply of materials. You will maintain accurate inventory levels in our electronic inventory system and work closely with our stellar Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure efficiency in processes. You will be working in a hands-on, front-line environment, supporting the manufacturing department to continuously improve our cutting-edge bioprocess from the ground up.

What You’ll Do: -Setup, running, and tear down of production scale fermenters, including monitoring of in-process fermentation parameters -Ensure sub-assemblies are created and sterilized according to production schedules -Complete process records accurately, according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed and documented for the current process -Precise Wet and Dry Prep of medium and/or buffer solutions according to detailed instructions -Assist in monitoring of manufacturing inventory -Completing general and preventative maintenance of process equipment according to the scheduled intervals Perform cleaning & sanitizing of facility & equipment in the food production areas as scheduled or directed.
Including but not limited to CIP and Sanitization of process equipment to the established levels of cleanliness and sanitation -At all times, work to ensure production areas are organized and free of hazards and safety violations, maintain areas in a high state of inspection preparedness -Work with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments to ensure consumables, equipment, and process materials are successfully released and available for use as scheduled -Willingly participate in job rotation to be cross-trained in secondary job responsibilities as directed -This position will also focus on fill/finish operations *Skills:* GMP, CIP, SOP, Buffer Solutions, Autoclave *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Knowledge Requirements: -High School diploma or GED -Generalist with three years of cleanroom, cGMP assembly or manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow and understand written procedures according to cGMP guidelines
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Skill Requirements: -Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong experience in aseptic techniques -Comfortable with changing priorities under the instruction of the shift lead and supervisors. -Ability to work off-hours and weekends as needed -A respectful team player with an open, transparent communication style, required -A can-do attitude, Self-Starter with a sense of urgency in the completion of tasks -Comfortable operating with little to no supervision, willing to seek council / ask questions / ask for help when needed Travel, Physical Demands & Work Environment: -Must be able to safely lift 50lbs and stand for long periods at a time -Ability to safely bend, stoop, reach, stretch, push, carry and work from a stepladder without assistance
