Job Purpose: Oversee and manage complex problem-solving analysis and investigations by performing in depth analysis using CMM and other problem solving techniques. Lead investigations, determine the root cause and countermeasure (C/M) direction. Work with the responsible department to apply the C/M and evaluate the C/M effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities: Support plant-wide problem analysis and prevention activities. Support root cause investigation and prevention. Determine the most effective temporary/permanent countermeasure. Perform data analysis related to problem items and complete problem summaries. Lead New Model AQC builds for the responsible system.

Group speaking/presentation skills. Flexibility with work hours and daily job content. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
Required Experience: Minimum of two years of engineering experience.
