Seeking Construction Project Manager for $10M commercial ground Up Construction Project in suburb of Chicago.
Ideal candidate will work out of this Commercial GC’s office in Akron and make trips to the site one every few weeks.
There will be a full-time on-site superintendent that will work under the PM’s direction.
Qualifications: * Must have 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
- Specific ground up commercial construction PM oversite on projects up to $10M
