  • Description:* Quality Engineer is responsible for Total Quality Management of a Product’s value stream, including the supply base, processes, and customer requirements. This position champions continuous improvement activities, utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies, and provides leadership and direction in the generation and development of cost reduction initiatives.

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering
  • ASQ – Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3 years aerospace quality experience desired
  • Experience with MRP systems and MS Office a plus
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CFR Part 21/145,AS9100, AS9110 and ISO9001:2000
  • Able to read blueprints, engineering specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing production flow
  • Experience Level:* Expert Level
