- Description:* Looking to add a Project Manager to the team due to volume of projects that are scheduled for 2022. Looking for a commercial project manager to run interior fit outs and small base build projects. 2+ years in a project manager capacity for a commercial GC. Must have strong experience with construction documents, scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor selection. *Skills:* Project management, Construction management, Construction, Schedule meetings, Ms project, Ms office suite, Project coordination, Microsoft project, scheduling, subcontractor management *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* -Project Report Writing
- Microsoft project or other PM software experience.
- Construction Management Schooling preferred not required.
- Local construction code knowledge
