  • Description:* This Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects from beginning to end. Projects include: Big Box, large scale Industrial, and cold storage facility projects of 1 Million SF or more. Responsibilities include: balance the budget, keeping track of supplies, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring all regulations are met and permits acquired. Travel to project sites 1X per week at times will be required, however there is more flexibility with remote meetings, etc. Most project sites are less than 3 hours away, in PA and in Central/North NJ. Travel reimbursement is offered. Must Haves: Related Degree in Construction Management / Engineering Big Box or large Industrial project experience Procore
