• Overview:* A top tier 1 automotive supplier out of West, MI is looking to add a project engineer to their team. This person will have the opportunity to run with very large scale projects and interact with customers and suppliers within the automotive industry. This company is extremely diverse and looking to add to their team quickly.
• Description:* This project engineer will partner up with the program management team to successfully see parts through the production launch process.

They will receive an initial design from the design / tech center out of Kentwood.

They will then need to complete PV Testing, VA/VE investigation, update DFMEA, explore regulatory requirements and more. The project engineer will also be responsible for managing cost/budgets in excel, organize project timelines, deliverables and deadlines. This PE will also be required to communicate with client and participate in program meetings as necessary. There will be a mix of plant and office activities, but largely this engineer will be working independently from the program management team.
