About the job

• Description:* Performs administrative, technical and other support of Sustaining Engineering Services for all product lines. Lead the Engineering Change Request process for Sustaining Organization.

Work within the PDM system to ensure project deliverables are completed for each phase of the project. Facilitate technical design clarification and project meetings and generate meeting minutes. Draft, edit and distribute Engineering related documents to appropriate departments in support of business needs. Collaborate with the PDM team on the engineering file management structure. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Technical Degree (AS or BS) or equivalent experience

ERP System Expertise – SAP

PLM system expertise – AGILE

Smartsheet Experience

Tableau Experience High level of attention to detail and Computer Skills Ability to work with multiple levels of the organization Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) PDF’s, Art proofs, manufacturing experience (BOM structure, inventory management, etc.) ERP and PLM system knowledge The company product line is a combination of Robotics and Medical Device.
