  • Description:* Quality Technician supports incoming, in-process and outgoing part inspections Working with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers – receiving equipment, updating databases, creating Incoming reports Performs In-process Quality Control inspections (workmanship and step verification, approval of sub-assemblies and assemblies in accordance with industry/internal manufacturing standards) inspections of soldering (workmanship according to J-STD-001), Cable and Harnessing (according to NASA 8739.4), Polymerics (according to NASA 8739.1)
  • Skills:* j standard, technical documentation, inspection, cleanroom, quality assurance, cable harness, soldering, non conforming, space flight hardware, quality control
  • Top Skills Details:* j standard,technical documentation,inspection
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:* MUST HAVE 3+ years experience with quality standards and inspection (receiving, in process, final) MUST HAVE experience with electrical/electronics components (preferably for space) Must HAVE 5+ years experience assembling electromechanical products or components for aerospace (preferably space, NASA projects) Bonus Experience: Experience working in cleanroom with Smocks, for Space projects
