• Description:* Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting in all aspects of project management including planning, scheduling, procurement and staffing multiple projects across the country insuring successful achievement of safety, profitability and schedule objectives
• Will be working closely with our PM’s & customers at various levels of executive and field management, establishing schedules, managing documentation requirements, safety protocols, site logistics, personnel co-ordination at site meetings in the field and over the phone through regular interaction
• Coordinate with our outside suppliers ensuring materials are available on site to meet our stringent quality requirements, meeting the customer’s construction schedule, at or below budgeted cost estimates
• Assist in the management of field labor supervision from our established team across the country and oversee the selection and management of local union labor resources on multiple sites concurrently
• Develop and oversee an installation and assembly schedule using LEAN methodology to pre-fabricate and site install awarded scopes of work ensuring the highest quality and profit levels are achieved
• Oversee project administration, manage progress and cost controls utilizing our software management programs eCMS, Salesforce, and Procore.
