- Description:* Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
They utilize a proactive approach to collaborate effectively with owners, clients, developers, and consultants.
The Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager must have experience in that specific role (2 years for APM 5 for PM) doing specifically commercial renovations, commercial officer interiors, or interior retail and full building renovations.
This person is a highly skilled individual with experience in all aspects of project management. The APM NEEDS to be able to run small jobs on his own (1 at a time between 100k-500k in value). The PM will be running multiple jobs at a time, sometimes more, between 500k-1.2 million. They do all interior renovation work, so ground-up experience is not useful here.
The prospective team member’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: -Responsible for receivingeviewing RFPs, invitations to bid, and other estimating opportunities -Organize, analyze and comprehend all construction and specification documents, including drawings -Attend pre-bid walk through and meetings pertaining to estimating opportunities -Prepare written estimated, maintaining guidelines as requested by client or project or project specs The project manager will manage 5-7 interiors (smaller) jobs at a time. -Must posses the ability to coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through the final construction, making sure that the projects are completed on time and under budget -Must have at least 3 years of Project Management Experience -Have interior renovation/commercial renovation/office interior experience -Must be very organized -Strong leadership ability & excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and subs -Prepare invoices for billing and approving subcontractors invoicing -Must be able to work independently -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment -Must be great with Microsoft Office -All employees are expected to support the companies mission and vision: TWC Contracting is a client driven construction management and general contracting services company, which focuses on the core values of honesty, integrity, accountability and responsible management

- 3+ years of experience running 4-5 commercial interior construction jobs a time (the only type of work TWC does) 3. Someone who has proven experience doing the relevant type of interiors work from start to finish (retail, office space, tenant interiors, etc.)
