*Description:*

Services required for the project engineering support services will be support of construction contract administration. Work consists of the management of large earth moving projects, including levee embankments, placing riprap rock, bank protection and slurry wall installation. Work involves technical engineering, quality assurance, contract scheduling, contract changes and claims, and contract support work. Provides support to other Project Offices within the Resident Office. Performance of duties requires application of professional knowledge to project engineering functions based upon a broad perspective of office and field operations, highly adapted knowledge of engineering theory and practice, and the ability to lead subordinate engineers, technicians, etc. Other responsibilities required for project engineering support services includes, but may not be limited to, the following:
