What Will You Do
Handle incoming/outgoing calls to the desired phone number.
Handle incoming/ out coming mail according to Physical mail procedure
Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.
Perform other administrative duties
Supporting all facility related issues logged via AWS helpdesk
Security & Quality
Managing online Health & Safety Training database & the archive of physical copy certificates
Other administrative support duties as needed
Shared services coordinator
Independently supports a full range of Workplace services such as events, stamps, business cards, business travel, etc.
What We Expect
Good customer service skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good English language.
Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Flexibility – availability of working hours (20hours/week)
