Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Directors e.g. expenses, timesheet support
  • Partnering with the wider Admin – the HR and Finance Teams
  • Diary management for the Directors
  • Travel arrangements or the Director

Job Requirements:

  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic – and must have absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Good numerical / financial understanding
  • Proficient user of all MS Packages, would be beneficial to have worked with Mackintosh previously
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing

Qualification & Experience:

  • 4+ years in a support role to Directors
