Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor spend against forecasted budgets, providing monthly commentary
  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence, building effective relationships and actively seeking out feedback
  • Act as Health & Safety co-ordinator to ensure compliance of health and safety within all locations
  • Provide effective management of any direct reports to ensure optimum performance, engagement and morale
  • Manage supplier and 3rd party contractors to ensure the provision of effective services including security, catering, cleaning, customer services, landlord teams and Facilities

Job Requirements:

  • A certain degree of people management
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • An understanding of budget management
  • Being able to work at pace and juggle multiple tasks

Qualification & Experience:

  • Hands on experience of supplier management
  • Experience in producing and delivering communications in written and oral formats
