Job Description:
We are now recruiting an Assistant Accountant to cover a period of maternity leave and ideally would like a hand over period to commence in February 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly accounts, commentary and review with Finance Director.
- Ensuring all entries are true and correct.
- Credit Control, BACS runs, Reconciliations.
- Challenging postings and costs around the company as required. Adding value and suggestions to current processes.
- Reporting to and assisting the Finance Director with continuous improvement
- Controlling and overseeing the company accounts and accounts systems (Sage 50).
Job Requirements:
- Great communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Working to deadlines
- AAT, Sage Accounts, Accounts Preparation, Credit Control, Microsoft Excel, IT Literate,
Qualification & Experience:
- Professional approach, constantly striving for improvement
