Job Description:

We are now recruiting an Assistant Accountant to cover a period of maternity leave and ideally would like a hand over period to commence in February 2022.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the monthly accounts, commentary and review with Finance Director.
  • Ensuring all entries are true and correct.
  • Credit Control, BACS runs, Reconciliations.
  • Challenging postings and costs around the company as required. Adding value and suggestions to current processes.
  • Reporting to and assisting the Finance Director with continuous improvement
  • Controlling and overseeing the company accounts and accounts systems (Sage 50).

Job Requirements:

  • AAT, Sage Accounts, Accounts Preparation, Credit Control, Microsoft Excel, IT Literate,
