Account Executive:

SkuVault is looking for a hunter and solution-driven seller who loves the thrill of hunting and closing new business. Our Account Executives work to close inbound leads and source, call on, and sell SkuVault to eCommerce retailers throughout North America. Our ideal candidate takes a strategic approach to help potential customers understand and quantify challenges and implement a solution that is customized for their business. The pace is quick and the rewards are high.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, engage, and educate eCommerce retail prospects
  • Execute a strategic sales process with multiple stages, influencers, and buyer criteria
  • Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of the capabilities of our service offerings.
  • Convert customer problems into sales opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Work with Product and Marketing groups to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the market segment
  • Assist in the transition process for new clients to ensure a successful onboarding experience
  • Drive client satisfaction by partnering with our Customer Onboarding and Success teams


  • 3- 5 years of relevant work/closing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
